Warranty and Liability Information

All Parallel Design™ products have a one year limited warranty from date of purchase
against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period,
we will replace any Parallel Design™ product that proves to be defective.
To exercise this warranty, please follow these warranty claim instructions.
You will be required to return the product being replaced along with shipping information and proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover products which have been improperly installed,
improperly uninstalled, modified, or products which have been subjected to
abnormal operation or handling, neglect, or exposure to fire.
In no event shall Parallel Products be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages, loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, loss of information
or data, or any other financial loss arising from the use of Parallel Design™ products
and accessories.
Parallel Products makes no other warranty either expressed or implied.
